Colby Transport LLC (“Colby Transport,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a hotshot trucking carrier based in Oklahoma City, OK. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at colbytransportokc.com or submit a freight quote request, how we use that information, and how we protect it.

When you submit a freight quote request, we collect the contact details and shipment information you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, pickup and delivery locations, and cargo description). We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide freight services.

Driver Applicants

When you apply to drive with us through the careers page, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, city and state, CDL class and endorsements, work experience, an optional resume file, and any notes you add. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth, or driver's license number on that form. Application information is stored securely and used only for hiring consideration. If you would like your application removed, email stan@carterok.com and we will delete it.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit to evaluate your freight request, prepare quotes, and communicate with you about your shipment. We do not use your information for marketing purposes without your consent and do not sell your information to third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to operate our business (for example, accounting software used for invoicing) or as required by law.

Data Storage

Information you submit is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized Colby Transport personnel.
